20 Step Detailing Process
Phase 1: Exterior Preparation & Wash

1. Wheel & Tire Decontamination
Apply a dedicated iron-removing wheel cleaner to cool wheels. Agitate with various brushes (barrel brush for inner rims, soft brush for faces) to remove baked-on brake dust and road grime.

2. Tire & Arch Scrub
Use a degreaser and a stiff-bristle brush to scrub the rubber tire sidewalls and inner wheel wells (fender liners), stripping away old dressing and brown oxidation.

3. Pre-Wash (Rinse & Snow Foam)
Pressure rinse the entire vehicle to remove loose dirt. Apply a thick layer of snow foam and let it dwell for 3-5 minutes to encapsulate and lift surface grit without touching the paint.

4. Emblem & Grille Agitation
While the snow foam dwells, use a soft natural-hair detailing brush to gently agitate intricate areas like badges, grilles, window seals, and fuel doors.

5. Contact Wash (Two-Bucket Method)
Wash the vehicle using two buckets (one with shampoo, one with rinse water) and a high-quality microfiber mitt. Wash from top to bottom, rinsing the mitt frequently to prevent swirl marks.

6. Chemical Decontamination
Apply an iron remover spray to the wet paint. Wait for it to turn purple (indicating it is dissolving embedded iron particles from rail dust and brakes), then rinse thoroughly.

7. Mechanical Decontamination (Clay Bar)
Lubricate the paint with a detailing spray or clay lube. Gently glide a clay bar or clay mitt over the surface to pull out bonded contaminants (tar, sap, overspray) that washing missed, leaving the paint glass-smooth.

8. Drying
Dry the vehicle using a forced-air blower (to get water out of mirrors and crevices) and a plush microfiber drying towel. Avoid circular motions to reduce marring.

Phase 2: Paint Correction & Protection

9. Masking & Taping
Use automotive masking tape to cover sensitive trim, rubber seals, and plastic molding. This prevents polish residue from staining them and protects them from the polishing pad.

10. Paint Polishing (Correction)
Using a dual-action polisher and a polishing compound, "3 stage process" to remove clear coat imperfections like swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation.

11. Surface Prep (IPA Wipe)
Wipe down all painted surfaces with an Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) mixture or panel prep spray. This removes polishing oils and ensures the paint is clinically clean for the protectant to bond.

12. Protection Application
Apply your chosen protection (wax -  1 year protection). Cross-hatch the application to ensure even coverage. Allow it to cure/haze according to the manufacturer's time.

13. Buffing
Gently buff off the cured protection residue with clean, plush microfiber towels until the high-gloss finish is revealed.

Phase 3: Interior Detail

14. Trash & Mat Removal
Remove all personal items and rubbish. Remove floor mats and shake/beat them out. If rubber, wash and dress them; if carpet, shampoo and extract them.

15. Compressed Air Blow-Out
Use compressed air to blow dust and crumbs out from under seats, between console buttons, and inside air vents, forcing debris onto the carpet for vacuuming.

16. Thorough Vacuum
Vacuum the entire interior, including the trunk, under the seats, and the headliner. Use a crevice tool for tight spaces between the seats and the center console.

17. Carpet & Upholstery Extraction
Spot treat stains. Use a hot water extractor or steam cleaner to shampoo fabric seats and carpets, pulling out deep-seated dirt and odors.

18. Leather & Plastic Deep Clean
Use a dedicated interior cleaner and a scrubbing pad or brush to clean the dashboard, door panels, and leather seats. Follow up with a non-greasy UV protectant or leather conditioner.

Phase 4: Final Touches

19. Glass Cleaning & Nano Sealant Windscreen treatment
a. Clean all windows (interior & exterior) to ensure a streak-free finish.
b. Treat with Nano Sealant Windscreen treatment.
Water Repellent Coating, Attaches & Cures to Glass, Reduces Night Glare by 34%,
Improves Strength up to 15%, Resist Chips, Pits, Cracks & Breakage

20. Final Dressing & Inspection
Apply water-based tire dressing to the tires and trim restorer to exterior plastics. Wipe down door jambs. Perform a final "sun-check" inspection.
